Susan Wortzman, founder of Wortzmans, and McCarthy Tétrault LLP are pleased to announce that Marlon Hylton has joined Wortzmans for a 6 month secondment.
During his secondment, Marlon will continue to provide strategic legal advice at all stages of the e-discovery process to ensure legal defensibility and to manage e-discovery costs for Wortzmans and McCarthy Tétrault clients. Marlon will also advise clients on information governance systems, including Records Management, legal hold, email usage, instant messaging and other related policies.
Marlon teaches in the eDiscovery Information Governance and Privacy Certificate program at Osgoode Hall Law School and speaks frequently on e-discovery related issues. He is an active member of the Ontario eDiscovery Implementation Committee where he co-chairs the litigation support sub-committee.
